Description

Contrast Radiance is a residential area located near the coast, the area that has been explored is 282 km2 and will continue to grow over time. This level has a cool temperature because it is always in the evening (around 6pm). The main characteristic of this level is the color of the sky and the majority of level structures such as buildings, land, and plants that are colored shades of dark purple and pink. A different thing is seen in the sun which is bright yellow so that it becomes very striking in the pink-purple gradation colored sky. The position of the sun in this level is also locked above the equatorial boundary so that areas of the level that are blocked from light will be dark.

Survivors refer to this level as giving the impression of an "aesthetic or synthwave" style because of its distinctive colors despite the absence of the neon grids and truss vectors characteristic of the style. The entire exterior of the building uses colorful neon lights (mostly light blue and orange) as the main lighting and decoration. This striking coloring can only be found on the outside of the building, the interior of the building has varied lighting and colors unlike the outside of the building. This level is known to have no entities and has a fairly abundant number of objects so many survivors make this level their home. Objects such as Almond Water can be found easily in various places in this level such as inside buildings or inside beverage machines.

This level is divided into two areas that have been explored and inhabited by survivors, the two areas include:

Coastal Region "Orange Edge"

This is a coastal area directly adjacent to the dark purple-black ocean. This area consists of several complexes of houses that extend along the coast, floating villas, and a large multipurpose building. Things commonly found on the beach can also be found here such as chairs, umbrellas, wooden baskets, stalls, and so on. Apart from the color, the seawater at this level has no difference from the seawater on Earth such as the taste and the presence of ocean currents, so far no living creatures have been found in the seawater. Fruitless coconut trees can be found growing along the coastline. The region is called the Orange Edge because of the orange color of the sand, which makes other dark objects stand out.

"Dim Street" Residential Area

A residential area in the form of rows of houses of the same appearance and color, the roads in this area are made of dry black asphalt. This region is the largest region that has been discovered so far and appears to be infinite. All colors in this region are dominated by purple from the paint color of houses, streets, plants, and even lampposts. The source of light in this region is yellowish orange and comes from street lamps as well as from the outside lights of the houses. This area is named Dim Street because the lighting in this place is less bright, this area is also not exposed to sunlight because it is blocked by a grove of trees so it becomes dark. This area can be reached by following a paved road that has been marked by survivors.

The buildings in this level have furniture, electricity, and water that can be used by survivors. Food sources can be found inside each house and will be replenished daily. In addition to these two areas, there is a dark forest area and the entire surface is dark purple to black, exploration into the forest is hampered due to distortion field interference which will get stronger the deeper into the forest. This distortion disturbance makes survivors who explore into it will get lost even with careful preparation, survivors who explore in groups will also separate from each other by themselves.

Bases, Outpost, and Communities

Due to its relative safety and stable resources, this level is slowly being populated by survivors.
