Level 41-ID.

Level 41-ID is a level that looks like a building under construction with unpainted concrete walls. In some parts, the walls are still in an uncoated state which makes the bricks and metal rebar still visible. The same is true for the floor, which in some parts looks unfinished or damaged. Survivors can even find floors that are still wet cement. Rebar frames were also found installed vertically in large rooms, shaped like pillars of the room.

Levels are illuminated either by chandeliers or spotlights. Pipes were seen sticking out at the edges of the corridor or ceiling in some places. There are windows in some places on the walls, but they only connect to other rooms of the level.

This level has three distinct areas:

Construction Area

This is the most common area in this level. There are many construction equipment and materials such as piles of cement sacks and mixing machines in the corridors and rooms. Wooden planks and rebar are also scattered on the floor. What survivors should be aware of is an area that looks like electrical installations are being made, characterized by the scattering of unsheathed copper wires on the floor. Step on the wrong one and survivors will be electrocuted. There may be an electrical substation somewhere, although none has been found yet.

Rest Room

If lucky, survivors who are in the Construction Area have the possibility of finding a door labeled Rest Room. The Rest Room itself is a small room with a table surrounded by several chairs in the center of the room. There are always a few bottles of Almond Water on the table, along with some safety gear like helmets and vests hung on the wall for survivors, even if there are other survivors who have just looted the room. This is the safest point in the entire level as the Renovation Event does not affect this area. Even so, there is a possibility of a fight if there are two groups of survivors who want to occupy this room. Para Kuli are also known to loot this location.

Abandoned Territory

Resembles the Construction Area, but there are small plants in the area, both on the walls and the floor. It's rare, but if survivors encounter this region, they'll find a nearby noclip area if they manage to find an overgrown path. They always direct survivors to city-themed level.

Vandalism Area

Resembles the Construction Area, but there is graffiti and other items that shouldn't be in this level such as broken and rusted bicycles and beds. At some points, the floor is littered with broken glass bottles that survivors should be aware of. If a survivor is unlucky, they may hear something break or explode in one of the nearby rooms suddenly. Survivors should be aware of a rise in room temperature which is usually followed by the appearance of smoke that begins to fill the ceiling at their location. Survivors may not find the source of the smoke, but it will be difficult to breathe under these conditions as the location will be filled with smoke and deadly temperatures.

Entity

Throughout the levels, especially in the corridors, survivors should be aware of the presence of some sort of hand on the concrete/cement-coated walls. Named Tumbal, usually one of their hands, which is either coated or made of cement, sticks out of the wall as if they were cemented to the wall. There is also a head that appears, covered in cement with a screaming expression.

They do not move an inch unless there is a survivor within their reach. At that point, they will pull the survivor into the wall before reappearing with their hands in the original pose. New hands often appear nearby.

Survivors have little chance of escaping if caught because if one Tumbal catches them, another hand will appear from the wall to pull them along. It seems that just because there is only one entity spawning its hand does not mean that there are no other Tumbal entities nearby. Fortunately, they are unable to change positions.

The Renovation Event

Some unlucky survivors have been in the middle of a Renovation Event. Based on their stories, it is possible that the location they were in at the time began to vibrate. If the survivor did not move away quickly to an area where the vibrations were no longer felt, the ceiling of the level would fall down instantly, producing a thick dust after the fall. The fate of the survivors who were hit by the rubble is unknown. After the dust slowly dissipated, survivors of this event reported that the path they were on before had changed and became unrecognizable.

Survivors are required to keep moving unless they find a safe spot to rest.

Base, Outpost and Communities

Para Kuli

At this level, survivors have the possibility of meeting someone on behalf of the Para Kuli. They are a group of people who cover their faces with some kind of cement mask and will capture other survivors to give to the nearest Tumbal entity.

Their organizational structure and even survival methods are unknown, but it is clear that they will take all the survivors' belongings before sacrificing them to the Tumbal entity, so technically they are robbers.

Entrances and Exits

Entrances

  • If a survivor encounters a doorless hallway that connects to a long, cement-lined corridor, they are likely to be led to this level.
  • Noclip to any wall has a possibility of leading survivors to this level
  • Half-finished buildings in Level 8-ID were once encountered in the center of one of the roundabouts and led survivors here.

Exits

  • If survivors find doors, pray that they lead you to one of the rooms on another level.
  • There may be a live television in the middle of the copper wires in the area where electricity is installed. Successfully no-clipping through its screen can take survivors to Level 15-ID. Touching the edge of the television will electrocute the survivor.
